Welcome to Tū Whanake Digital Marketing Course (the “Course”) operated by TK TAPUI LIMITED (“TK Tapui,” “we,” or “us”). The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Course and any related materials or resources, including but not limited to videos, course materials, online forums, and any other content made available to you through the Course. By enrolling in the Course, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Course Access: Upon enrollment, you will be granted access to our online training course, which includes course materials, resources, and assessments. You will have access to the course for a specified period, typically ranging from 3 to 6 months, depending on the course you have enrolled in.

  2. Payment: The course fee is payable in full at the time of enrollment. We accept payments via bank transfer

  4. Course Content: Our course content is designed to be informative, engaging, and up-to-date. We reserve the right to modify the course content, materials, or assessments at any time without prior notice. However, any changes made to the course will not affect your ability to complete the course.

  5. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, online recordings and other multimedia, are the property of TK TAPUI LIMITED or it's licensors and are protected under copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any course materials without our prior written consent.

  6. User Conduct: As a course participant, you agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive, including but not limited to, abusive language, harassment, or plagiarism, may result in immediate termination of your enrollment without refund.

  7. Technical Requirements: To access our course, you must have access to a reliable internet connection and a device that meets our technical requirements. We are not responsible for any technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course or completing the course requirements.

  8. Liability: Our liability is limited to the course fee paid by you. We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages, including loss of profits, arising from your participation in our course.

  9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered (New Zealand).

Thank you for choosing Tū Whanake Digital Marketing Training Course. We are committed to providing a high-quality course and ensuring customer/student satisfaction. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

Our money-back guarantee is dependent on the person/student/brand completing all the assigned work related to the Digital Marketing Training Course within the specified timeframe. If you have completed all the assigned work and are not satisfied with the results, you may be eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. You have completed all the assigned work related to the Digital Marketing Training Course within the specified timeframe.

  2. You have provided us with evidence of completion, such as screenshots or other documentation, to confirm that you have completed all the assigned work.

  3. You have not recieved the results promised by the Tū Whanake Digital Marketing Training Course and you have provided us with detailed feedback on why you are not satisfied.

  4. You have requested a refund within the specified timeframe, which is typically within 90 days from the final digital marketing training session.
     

If you meet all of the above requirements, we will refund the full purchase price of the Tū Whanake Digital Marketing Training Course to you. However, if you have not completed all the assigned work or have not met any of the other requirements, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation BEFORE the course begins

Thank you for considering our event. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending. Therefore, we have established an early cancellation policy that is designed to provide you with flexibility while ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality events. The early cancellation policy is as follows:

If you cancel your registration more than seven (7) days prior to the event, you will be eligible for a full refund of the price you paid, excluding any funding you received.

  • This means that if you paid for your registration in full, you will receive a full refund.

  • If you received any funding, such as a scholarship or grant, that covered a portion of your fees, that funding will not be refunded.
     

If you cancel your registration within (7) days prior to the event starting, but before the event begins, you will be eligible for a partial refund of fifty percent (50%) of the price you paid, excluding any funding you received.

  • This means that if you paid for your registration in full, you will receive a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the price you paid.

  • If you received any funding, such as a scholarship or grant, that covered a portion of your fees, that funding will not be refunded.

To cancel your registration and receive a refund, you must notify us in writing by email or letter. The date of your cancellation will be the date that we receive your written notice.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our early cancellation policy. This policy allows us to plan and prepare for our events, and it also provides you with flexibility and protection in case you are unable to attend. Cancellation AFTER the course begins

Thank you for choosing our course. We are committed to providing high-quality educational content and ensuring that our students have a positive learning experience. As part of our commitment to student success, we have established the following cancellation policy:

If you decide to cancel the course before it is completed, you will not be eligible for a refund. This is because our course is designed to be completed in its entirety, and cancelling before completion prevents us from fulfilling our commitment to you as a student.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from completing the course. In such cases, we encourage you to reach out to us and discuss your situation. We may be able to offer alternative solutions to help you complete the course, such as extending the course deadline or transferring to a future course session.

However, if you choose to cancel the course on your own accord, without a valid reason that prevents you from completing it, you will not be eligible for a refund. This is because we have already invested resources, time, and effort in providing you with access to our course content and resources.

We want to ensure that our students are fully committed to the course and the learning experience it provides. By registering for our course, you are acknowledging and agreeing to our cancellation policy.
